What's the genb/genp virus?

This is McAfee-ese for "You may have an unrecognised ('generic') boot-sector (genb) or partition-sector (genp) virus". Re-check with a more recent version or the latest version of another reputable package. Where do I get VCL and an assembler, & what's the password?
